We particularly love these leggings under the pink Charlotte dress. This dress features an ivory crocheted "Peter Pan" collar. The skirt of the dress features two layers of ruffles at the hemline that gives the dress a lot of flounce and bounce! The leggings will go just perfectly to complete her look!
